Eating disorders/not doing fitness
Generally speaking, those who are into fitness are more in tune with themselves and their bodies specifically. In fitness, working out is only half the battle, proper nutrition is the other half. There is no one answer for this issue. There needs to be a combination of counseling, foot prep and moderate exercise. Counseling

I think physical fitness is the best way forward in tackling eating disorders, it should be made compulsory. If you create hunger through exercise there will be fewer disorders I am sure.
