I have to do a project and it's on eating disorders and I chose fitness and why people don't do any fitness from eating disorders

Generally speaking, those who are into fitness are more in tune with themselves and their bodies specifically. In fitness, working out is only half the battle, proper nutrition is the other half. It would be very hard to live a progressively healthy lifestyle if you work out but are not eating properly. They go hand in hand. - https://www.handymanallentownpa.com/

I think physical fitness is the best way forward in tackling eating disorders, it should be made compulsory. If you create hunger through exercise there will be fewer disorders I am sure.
